Educational management policy evaluation model in institutions

چکیده

The objective of the research is to propose a theoretical-methodological model with participatory approach and specific references evaluate educational policies in institutions theLocal Educational Management Unit, Sánchez Carrión, Huamachuco, 2020. Methodology: Basic type research, descriptive design, sample 66 teachers, evaluated through Policy Evaluation questionnaire consisting 16 items. Results: Most directors do not have knowledge about management (questions1, 2 3), institution does an evaluation (question 9), goals been implemented 6), most achievements 10), coverage service provided 13), that serves improve EI 14), mostly parents participate institutional (questions 15 16). Conclusion: majority teachers did present JEC-UGEL
